Job Description & Requirements:

Building Construction Engineer Responsibilities:

Ensuring teams work together to deliver quality work tostrict deadlines.

Monitoring construction Electrical & Electronic Installationand good knowledge in ELV system and installation and providing training andteam building sessions are required.

Ensuring adherence to health and safety regulations at alltimes.

Performing equipment, material, and routine siteinspections.

Scheduling regular meetings with vendors, site inspectors,managers, and staff.

Writing up reports, budgets, project plans, and presentingthem to relevant stakeholders.

Working closely with architects and other professionals.

Staying up-to-date with safety codes and advancements inconstruction.

Assisting with the recruitment and training of new staff.

Processing paperwork and traveling to multiple sites asrequired.

Building Construction Engineering Requirements:

Diploma in Engineering in Electrical Engineering orNITE Certificate in Electrical Technology (Power & Control)

Required computer knowledge

Building construction safety supervisor certificate.

Experience in the construction industry required minimum 10to 12 years.

Need physical works at construction sites.

Experience in a leadership role recommended.

Required to work Day / Night Shift.

Required Class 3 Driving Licence (Heavy Vehicle)

Excellent written and verbal communication skills.

Ability to focus and keep calm under pressure.

Ability to keep track of multiple projects.
