Job Responsibilities
(1) Plan, schedule, and supervise on daily maintenance activities with contractors and internal teams to ensure timely and effective execution.

(2) Supervise ongoing projects, including site coordination, progress tracking and issue resolution to ensure works are carried out according to project requirements;

(3) Troubleshoot and rectify mechanical and electrical faults to minimize operational impact;

(4) Ensure project and maintenance works comply with safety regulations and company standards;

(5) Coordinate with contractors, vendors and internal teams on maintenance and project related activities;

(6) Prepare maintenance reports and documentation as required.

Job Requirement
(1) Degree in Mechanical Engineering, Electrical Engineering or related fields;

(2) Minimum 5 years of relevant working experience in mechanical and electrical maintenance;

(3) Strong hands-on experience in industrial / plant / building maintenance;

(4) Able to work independently and supervise a team;

(5) Ability to communicate effectively in both English and Mandarin
