Technicians / ServiceJOB RESPONSIBILITIES:
JOB REQUIREMENTS:
- Perform preventive and corrective maintenance of facilities and plant equipment.
- Manage Building Management System (BMS) Integrated Factory Management System (IFMS)
- Using data trend analysis to provide cause, remedies, and make long term improvement
- Plan and Carry out Preventive Maintenance programs (TPM) for facility, production machines
- Maintain fire protection systems and building services in compliance with safety standards.
- Participate in engineering projects, including design reviews, installation, and commissioning activities.
- Liaise with external service contractors for maintenance projects, ensuring timely execution and adherence to specifications.
- Provide technical support to fellow engineer/technician for troubleshooting and root cause analysis of equipment failures.
- Ensure compliance with ISO standards, safety regulations, and company SOPs during all maintenance activities.
JOB REQUIREMENTS:
- Minimum Diploma in Mechanical, Electro-Mechanical, or Mechatronics Engineering.
- At least 3 years of experience in facilities and plant maintenance, with fire safety protection system background is a MUST.
- Knowledge in CAD Drawing and capable in drawing interpretation
- Willing to standby for shift duties (including weekends and shutdown periods) when required.
- Able to work independently with very little supervision and good interpersonal skills
- Able to write a detailed report and presentation for management review
- Proactively and innovative in creating project proposals, be able to adapt to changes
