Job Description

• Design and develop Programmable Logic Controllers (PLC) or SCADA-based control systems, ensuring compliance with project specifications.
• Prepare, review, and approve engineering documentation, including panel drawings, wiring diagrams, I/O lists, logic diagrams, and human-machine interface (HMI) graphics.
• Manage material requisitions, technical evaluations, and coordinate with panel makers to meet schedules and client requirements.
• Execute factory acceptance test (FAT) procedures and support plant start-up, commissioning, and troubleshooting.
• Provide technical guidance to internal teams, clients, and project stakeholders.
• Conduct operator training and prepare instruction/operation manuals.
• Ensure adherence to health, safety, and company procedures.

The Successful Applicant

• Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering or a related field.
• Minimum 5 years' experience in sustainable technology/ energy/ water or waste treatment/ oil and gas industries, preferably with process design experience.
• Proficient in PLC programming and SCADA systems.
• Knowledgeable with hazardous area classification and standard engineering practices.
• Strong computer skills, including Microsoft Office and AutoCAD.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Excellent problem-solving, analytical, and teamwork skills; able to work independently and deliver results in a fast-paced environment.
• Detail-oriented, proactive, and able to meet tight deadlines.
• Willing to travel overseas when required.
