Responsibilities

Perform timely delivery on daily operation; ensuring all deliveries are conducted in safe and service orientated manner to the designated outlets
Loading and unloading of deliverables
Receiving, checking and packing of goods
Preventative maintenance and ensure all facilities/equipment operate efficiently and conform to operating standards.
Hands-on in meeting urgent repairs/complaints on electrical services such as bulbs/lighting fitting/socket etc.
Troubleshooting of electricity for any tripping occur/faulty circuit, electrical board etc.
Attend and carry out any plumbing and sanitary requests such as clearing of leaking choke, fix sink, replace tap etc.
Conduct routine inspection activities and attend to any maintenance request for wear & tear and defects.
Handle any ad-hoc duties as required

Requirements

Possess a valid Singapore Class 3 driving license.
Experience with film installation / plumbing & sanitary / water dispenser installation will be preferred.
Able to read and communicate in simple Chinese will be required to coordinate with colleagues and customers.
