• Position Title: Maintenance & Service Administrator
• Working Location: West - Tuas Crescent (Company transport provided)
• Working Hours: 5 Days (Mon - Fri: 8 am - 5 pm)
• Salary Package: Up to SGD 2800 + Variable Bonus
• Duration: Permanent Role

Key Responsibilities

• Schedule monthly maintenance for all machines
• Plan and assign daily tasks to mechanics using the Maintenance Checklist Log (MCL)
• Coordinate with customers to arrange services such as radiator cleaning, engine oil changes, and other maintenance appointments
• Distribute maintenance checklists and ensure accurate documentation of all service activities.
• Maintain and update the MCL records in Excel
• Log new rentals, machine returns, equipment exchanges, and changes in machine locations.
• Monitor and verify the completion of all vehicle maintenance services
• Respond to customer requests, inquiries, and complaints via WhatsApp and phone in a timely and professional manner
• Answer incoming calls and messages promptly, ensuring clear and courteous communication
• Coordinate with customers to confirm service schedules and appointment details

• Proficient in Microsoft Excel and confident in handling data entry and documentation tasks
