Job Description & Requirements:

• Responsible to perform Preventive Technical Maintenance activities including Testing, Repair, Installation, Configuration, Modification, Troubleshooting, as well as other related electrical issues

. Have a good experience in testing.

• Work with the team for all the renovation/maintenance jobs

• Ensure safety and housekeeping standard are maintained

• To ensure all activities are accurate and done according to regulations.

• Carry out ad hoc tasks assigned by senior manager

• Attend non-schedule or emergency call-up repairs.

• Writing service reports for carried out work/repair/service.

. Maintence/ Protect the sites cleaning.

Requirements:

• Minimum 10 years of experience in electrical and renovation work

• Proficient in the use of hand and power tools

• Must be detail-oriented and able to work independently.

• Able to read, write and understand English, able to communicate Mandarin will be preferred

• Able to read technical drawings and schematic diagram

• Strong critical thinking and problem solving, attention to detail, and time management skills

• Safety knowledge during the workday is highly preferred.

• Able to handle the demands of the job.
