Key Responsibilities:

• Perform preventive and corrective maintenance for mechanical, electrical, and facilities systems.
• Troubleshoot and repair equipment, machinery, lighting, and power supply issues.
• Support daily operations by attending to breakdowns, faults, and service requests.
• Monitor building facilities such as HVAC, plumbing, fire protection, and electrical systems.
• Assist in installation, testing, and commissioning of new equipment or systems.
• Conduct routine inspections to ensure equipment safety and compliance with standards.
• Maintain proper service records, reports, and documentation.
• Liaise with contractors or vendors for repair works when required.
• Ensure workplace safety practices and compliance with regulations.
• Support ad-hoc technical tasks assigned by supervisors/engineers.

Qualifications:

• NITEC / Diploma in Mechanical, Electrical, or Facilities Engineering (or equivalent).
• Hands-on experience in mechanical/electrical/facilities maintenance preferred.
• Good troubleshooting and problem-solving skills.
