Job Summary

We are looking for a skilled Electrical Project Manager to oversee electrical works in construction projects, ensuring safe, timely, and cost-effective delivery. The role requires strong technical expertise, leadership, and coordination with clients, consultants, and subcontractors to meet project goals and regulatory standards.

Key Responsibilities

• Plan, organize, and manage electrical works for construction projects.
• Review electrical drawings, specifications, and ensure compliance with codes and safety regulations.
• Supervise engineers, supervisors, and subcontractors to deliver quality work on schedule.
• Manage project budgets, cost control, and monitor progress claims.
• Coordinate with clients, consultants, and vendors for smooth project execution.
• Conduct inspections, testing, and commissioning of electrical systems.
• Prepare progress reports, variation orders, and project handover documentation.
• Ensure workplace safety and adherence to industry standards.

Requirements

• Diploma / Degree in Electrical Engineering or equivalent.
• Proven experience in managing electrical works within the construction sector.
• Strong knowledge of electrical systems, construction processes, and industry regulations.
• Excellent project management, problem-solving, and leadership skills.
• Good communication and coordination skills with stakeholders at all levels.
• Ability to manage multiple projects and deliver results under tight deadlines.
• Familiarity with safety, quality, and environmental management practices.
