- Oversee design/procurement/installation/T&C includes HVAC, plumbing, electrical etc
- Lead teams of engineers, subcontractors, and vendors to ensure smooth project execution.
- Primary contact for clients / contractors / gov bodies to provide regular updates and concerns.
- Ensure works complies with local building codes, safety standards, and quality control procedures.
- Identify project risks and challenges and develop effective solutions
- Manage project budgets including labor, materials & equipment.
- Degree in Electrical Engineering.
- At least 5 years of Project Management in M&E preferrably in Data Centre projects.
