Food Laboratory Theory Room, Art Rooms and Music Room
Food Laboratories
- Mondays to Thursdays: 7:00am to 4:30pm, inclusive of 1-hour lunch break
- Fridays: 7:00am to 4:00pm, inclusive of 1-hour lunch break
- Service is not required on Saturdays, Sundays and gazetted public holidays
Skills and experience:
- Certification of WSQ Food Safety Course Level 2 at least;
- Experience in school or kitchen hygiene roles preferred
- Able to handle cleaning duties and work independently; and
- Good communication and interpersonal skills.
Job Scope:
Food Laboratory Theory Room, Art Rooms and Music Room
- Clean, sweep and mop Food Laboratory Theory room, Art Rooms and Music Room surfaces on weekly basis and manage trash (include trash disposal) on daily basis
Food Laboratories
- Prepare food under teacher guidance (pre-lesson setup)
- Wash and manage towels/aprons
- Check and switch off utilities daily
- Check utensil and inventory readiness
- Clean fridges/utensils periodically
- Support teachers during food delivery/stock checks
- Report faults in facilities and support inventory updates
