BANG HONG ELECTRICAL & ENGINEERING PTE LTD is a leading M&E engineering company in Singapore with proven expertise in electrical, ACMV, and integrated building systems. We deliver end-to-end project solutions across commercial, industrial, institutional, and residential developments. We are looking for a driven and experienced Electrical Project Manager to join our growing team.

Job Responsibilities

• Lead and manage electrical projects from design coordination through to completion and handover.
• Liaise with consultants, main contractors, sub-contractors, and government authorities (e.g., EMA, BCA, SP Group) to ensure smooth execution.
• Review electrical drawings, specifications, and shop drawings to ensure compliance with design intent and local codes.
• Plan and manage project schedules, manpower allocation, procurement, and site activities.
• Monitor and control project costs to avoid overruns and ensure timely progress claims.
• Supervise site team, including engineers and supervisors, ensuring adherence to safety, quality, and work procedures.
• Conduct inspections, testing & commissioning of LV, ELV, and power distribution systems.
• Prepare project documentation: method statements, risk assessments, progress reports, and handover documentation.

Requirements

• Degree or Diploma in Electrical Engineering or related field.
• At least 5 years of experience in electrical project management in Singapore's construction/M&E sector.
• Strong technical knowledge in LV systems, switchboards, lighting, earthing, ELV, and fire alarm systems.
• Familiar with local codes and standards (SS, EMA, BCA, SCDF).
• Proven ability to lead project teams, coordinate with stakeholders, and manage deadlines under pressure.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office, MS Project, AutoCAD.
