Responsibilities:

• Oversee the planning and execution of electrical systems, extra-low voltage (ELV), security, and vertical transportation systems, including infrastructure, fit-out works, and addition & alteration (A&A) projects.
• Conduct feasibility studies, prepare budgets, develop project timelines, and ensure quality assurance across all relevant systems and construction activities.
• Manage the master space plan and conduct regular space audits to support effective facility planning and utilization.
• Collaborate with internal stakeholders, external consultants, and contractors to define design specifications, develop space programs, and align project deliverables with cost and schedule expectations.
• Develop project briefs and schedules; manage, review, and implement workplace changes while ensuring quality, cost-efficiency, and timely delivery.
• Lead tender processes including the preparation, evaluation, and awarding of contracts in compliance with procurement policies.
• Ensure adherence to all regulatory requirements related to building, fire safety, workplace health, and environmental standards.
• Monitor construction progress and provide regular status reports to management and stakeholders.
• Conduct regular quality inspections during construction, coordinate resolution of defects, and manage the final handover process
• Oversee the execution of direct contracts and coordinate stakeholder requirements for successful move-in and occupancy transitions.
• Undertake additional responsibilities as assigned by management in support of organizational goals.

Requirements:

• Degree in Electrical Engineering
• At least 5 years of experience in Facilities / Project Management
• Consultancy experience will be a plus
