Technicians / ServiceKey Responsibilities:
- Lead the project team, overseeing project progression while managing costs and ensuring adherence to timelines.
- Monitor and supervise subcontractors' work, ensuring it aligns with shop drawings, method statements, materials, and samples.
- Liaise with relevant authorities, subcontractors, consultants, and clients on shop drawings, materials, and samples to ensure alignment and approval.
- Ensure that electrical and ELV design drawings meet all design specifications and guidelines, while identifying and resolving any discrepancies between electrical, structural, ID, architectural, and client requirements.
- Apply sound technical knowledge in Electrical and ELV services to address potential issues and discrepancies.
- Manage and drive project execution to meet deadlines, ensuring all milestones are achieved as per plan.
- Attend meetings with contractors, providing updates and addressing any issues to maintain smooth project progression.
- Review and study project drawings and specifications to ensure compliance with standards and project requirements.
- Allocate tasks to engineers and supervisors, ensuring all work is completed to standard and follows the set SOPs.Job Requirements:
- Bachelor Degree in Mechanical Engineering / equivalent.
- At least 3 years of experience in the Electrical or M&E field, with managerial experience preferred.
- Strong problem-solving skills.
- Good communication.
