Our client is a leading M&E contractor with a strong presence in delivering complex electrical projects. They are currently seeking an experienced Project Manager to oversee the full cycle of large-scale electrical projects, particularly in the Data Centre sector.

Responsibilities:

• Lead and manage the project from tender to completion.
• Oversee and guide a team of 10-15 personnel, including Engineers, Supervisors, Safety Coordinators, Drawing Managers, and Drafters.
• Review and ensure timely submission of technical drawings.
• Handle documentation and obtain necessary material approvals.
• Manage subcontractors and coordinate all site activities.
• Plan and sequence works efficiently to meet deadlines.
• Liaise with clients, owners, and consultants to align project requirements and schedules.
• Resolve on-site issues promptly to avoid delays or cost overruns.
• Ensure project delivery is on time, within budget, and of high quality.
• Monitor and control budget, manage expenses and cash flow.

Requirements:

• Diploma or Bachelor degree in Electrical Engineering.
• Minimum 10 years of relevant experience in project and team management.
• Strong knowledge of project, contract, financial, and technical management.
• Hands-on approach with the ability to walk the site and understand on-ground situations.
• Proven leadership ability and experience leading a multidisciplinary project team.
• Excellent problem-solving skills with a proactive mindset.
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills to manage various stakeholders including consultants, main contractors, and owners.
• Well-versed in testing & commissioning (T&C), especially CX T&C requirements for Data Centre projects.
