The opportunity is here! This position is part of part of our managed support and operations team and is responsible for day-to-day support and operations of assigned cybersecurity solutions and platforms.

Work location: It will be at Kallang and/or Shenton area, rotational, and as per shift and supervisor's arrangements.

What you will do:

• Provide support for assigned security platforms, including onsite troubleshooting, root cause analysis, and incident reporting.
• Manage ticket queue and take ownership and responsibility of tickets assigned within agreed SLA.
• Perform change requests activities per change window allocated, including planning, review, tracking & verification and documentation.
• Ensure that daily operations and tasks are properly completed or followed up.
• Escalate issues and liaise with subject matter experts as required to resolve issues.
• Support after-office hours activities and standby requirements as necessary e.g. P1 issues.
• Prepare activities report and documentation.

About You:

• NITEC qualification and above in Information Systems, Cybersecurity and related disciplines.
• 0 to 3 years of hands-on engineering support experience in Infrastucture, Network and/or Security Tools.
• Understand IT systems, network infrastructure, LDAP and directory services, application servers and operating systems
• Knowledge in one or more general-purpose programming languages will be a plus.
• Ready to support as a team in the evenings, weekends and public holidays when duty calls.
