Essential Duties/Responsibilities
1. Primary: Security Operations Specialist
• Lead security support for French-speaking clients, including risk monitoring, incident management, and advisory.
• Increasingly support the delivery of security assessments, journey planning, travel risk management, and situational updates.
• Monitor global and regional security developments and coordinate responses with internal analysts and on the ground specialists.
• Act as a point of escalation for client incidents and provide real-time recommendations and coordination.
• Gradually support the French-language Security Roster ("Permanenciers") to ensure round-the-clock coverage.
2. Global Operations Coordinator
• Coordinate and oversee daily operations for French-speaking clients within Singapore core hours.
• Act as a hub for liaising between clients, field teams, healthcare providers, and internal departments.
• Maintain continuous oversight of ongoing security and medical cases, ensuring timely follow-ups and escalations.
3. Secondary Responsibility: Medical Operations Specialist
• Support medical case management in French, including coordination with providers, approvals, and case follow-through.
• Interpret medical reports, liaise with healthcare professionals, and support logistical arrangements as needed.
• Provide guidance on clinical decision-making within your professional scope, escalating complex cases.
4. Nurse Advisor (French Language)
• Serve as a clinical support resource for internal teams and clients.
• Translate and clarify medical documentation and recommendations.
• Offer telephone-based triage and remote consultation services when appropriate.
5. Medical Evacuations & Repatriations
• Act as a Senior Escort Nurse on international missions for French-speaking patients requiring evacuation or repatriation.
• Coordinate patient handovers, medical clearances, and logistical arrangements in compliance with international standards.
• Ensure patient safety and continuity of care during transfer.
6. Training Delivery (French Language)
• Develop and deliver security and health training for clients and internal teams in French.
• Conduct interactive learning sessions, workshops, and digital content modules.
• Tailor content to specific client sectors and regional risk contexts.
7. Incident Management Team (IMT) Deployment
• Be prepared for rapid deployment as part of the IMT in response to critical events or crises.
• Support field response, client communications, and coordination with government or humanitarian agencies.
• Contribute to post-incident reporting, analysis, and process improvement.
Required Qualifications
• Bachelor's degree or equivalent in Security Management, Emergency Management, Nursing, or related fields.
• Minimum 5 years' experience in security operations, intelligence, crisis response, or medical assistance.
• Valid Registered Nurse license preferred (especially with medical evacuation or ICU/ER background).
• Fluency in French and English.
• Strong situational awareness, analytical thinking, and cross-functional coordination.
• Ability to work effectively in high-pressure environments and across multiple time zones.
• Willingness to travel and operate in field environments when necessary
