Job Title: Security Officer (Hospitality Frontliner)
South Singapore | On-site | 2-Day Work / 2-Day Off Rotating Shifts

• Up to $3,400++ Monthly (inclusive of OT, night shift, and monthly incentives)
• Base Salary Tiers:
  $2,300/month (under 2 years' experience)
  $2,400/month (2-5 years)
  $2,660+/month (5+ years)
• Bonuses You Can Count On:
  $1,500 sign-on bonus (after confirmation)
  $1,500 retention bonus (after 1 year)
  $2,000 loyalty bonus (after 2 years)
• Others:
  $10/night shift allowance
  OT pay + $200 monthly OT incentive
  Uniform & meals provided daily
  10 days annual leave
  AWS + Performance Bonus (non-guaranteed)

What You'll Actually Be Doing:

• Keeping the environment safe and secure for guests, staff, and assets
• Patrolling, monitoring, and handling surveillance equipment
• Responding fast during emergencies
• Escorting valuables like cash, casino chips, and documents
• Managing crowds and diffusing potential disruptions
• Supporting operations with clear communication and strong presence
• Staying alert, staying sharp, and always being one step ahead

‍♂️ Who You Are (Besides Reliable):

• You hold a valid PLRD Security License
• You've got some experience with guard duties and crisis management
• You're good under pressure and cool in a crowd
• Physically and mentally fit for 12-hour rotating shifts (day/night)
• Willing to work on weekends and public holidays
• Able to operate in smoking zones
• No gambling-related issues or serious financial obligations

Shift Pattern:

• Day: 7:30 AM - 8:00 PM
• Night: 7:30 PM - 8:00 AM
