Responsibilities:

• Lead, train, and manage a team of technical professionals (project and system engineers) to provide Project Management, System commissioning, technical support, and Pre-sales to satisfy customer's requirement and achieve company's objective.
• Provide strategic guidance and mentorship to team members to foster a collaborative and innovative work environment.
• Delegate responsibilities effectively, assigning tasks based on team members' strengths and expertise.
• Establish and maintain clear internal communication channels to ensure alignment on project updates, organizational changes, and key decisions.
• Conduct regular performance evaluations, set career development goals, and provide constructive feedback to enhance team capabilities.
• Collaborate cross-functionally with departments such as Sales, Operations, Service, IT, and Finance to align technical activities with business goals.
• Evaluate new products and systems to determine their viability for inclusion in future offerings.
• Assist Sales in pre-sales engagements and tender preparation to secure new projects.
• Oversee the procurement of equipment and manage company equipment inventory.
• Prepare project budgets and capital expenditure proposals for equipment and systems investments.
• Monitor and evaluate sub-contractor performance in accordance with ISO 9002 Sub-contractor Control Procedures.
• Ensure compliance with Workplace Safety & Health (WSH) regulations across all systems and processes.
• Uphold and meet customer quality specifications consistently.
• Perform any other ad hoc duties as assigned.

Requirements:

• 5 to 8 years of relevant experience in the Security Industry.
• Proven track record managing a team
• Strong planning, organizational, interpersonal, and communication skills.
• Possess with own vehicle is a plus
