As our new Security Presales Specialist, you will support the entire sales cycle for our security services, based on Microsoft technology. You will work closely with sales, and partner teams to position Microsoft security products and our services effectively, addressing customer challenges and ensuring business growth. In this role, you will be responsible for growing Crayon's cybersecurity business by offering value propositions to partners and customers based on outcome and business results.

Key responsibilities will include

• Design and present Microsoft Security solutions tailored to client needs
• Support sales teams with technical expertise and security demonstrations
• Lead presales engagements including demos, customer workshops, and technical discussions tailored around Microsoft Security solutions
• Act as a key resource to support early-stage opportunity qualification and conversion, helping sales teams land strategic security wins
• Contribute to delivery of small-scale Proof of Concepts (POCs), workshops and post-workshop assessments

Your Competencies

• 5+ years' presales experience in Microsoft cyber security services, focused on solution design around security operations and/or cloud security to all sectors
• Experience in Microsoft security service delivery management
• Experience as a Microsoft security analyst/engineer/architect in an outsourced SOC service or offensive security/security engineering team
• Solid understanding of M365 and Azure environments and their security solutions, with hands-on experience using SIEM and XDR technology
