Role Summary:

We are seeking a highly skilled Internal Security MIS Engineer to join our team in Singapore. This role focuses on end-to-end monitoring and enforcement of internal IT security using Microsoft 365, ByteDance Lark, Cisco Meraki, and multi-cloud SIEM platforms. The ideal candidate will bring hands-on experience in Intune, identity analytics, and enterprise compliance aligned with ISO27017 and ISO27018 standards.

Key Responsibilities:

• Operate and maintain internal security dashboards for Microsoft 365 Defender, Intune, Entra ID, and SIEM platforms
• Conduct user and entity behavior analysis (UEBA) across Entra ID and Lark audit logs
• Implement and continuously audit Microsoft 365 policies (Exchange, SharePoint, Teams, Defender, Intune)
• Integrate Lark logs into SIEM for unified threat detection and visibility
• Administer Wi-Fi security, segmentation, and NAC policies via Cisco Meraki
• Analyze incidents, user risk trends, and generate actionable security intelligence reports
• Support audits and reporting aligned with ISO/IEC 27017 (cloud security) and ISO/IEC 27018 (cloud privacy)

Mandatory Requirements:

• Minimum 3 years of experience in Security Operations, IT Security, or MIS
• Strong hands-on experience with: Microsoft 365 Security & Compliance tools, Microsoft Intune (Endpoint Security, Device Compliance, Application Protection), Entra ID (Azure AD) with UEBA configuration, Cisco Meraki Wi-Fi network security and SIEM tools (Microsoft Sentinel, Splunk, etc.)
• Certifications (mandatory): Microsoft Certified: Security, Compliance, and Identity Fundamentals (SC-900) & Microsoft 365 Certified: Security Administrator Associate (MS-500 or SC-400)

Highly Desirable Qualifications:

• CISSP, CISM, or other industry-recognized security certifications
• Experience supporting compliance with ISO/IEC 27017 and ISO/IEC 27018 standards
• Familiarity with Zero Trust architecture and secure modern workplace principles
• Strong cross-team communication and documentation skills
