Duties & Responsibilities

• Drive the Quality Excellence (QE) program in collaboration with the BU Head/HOD, ensuring key targets are met.

• Engage stakeholders at all levels to embed a culture of Quality Excellence into daily operations.

• Lead the deployment of QE initiatives across departments and business units, providing guidance and strategic support.

• Foster a mindset of continuous improvement by working with key stakeholders to establish, review, and analyze Key Performance Indicators (KPIs).

• Conduct workshops and outreach programs to enhance Quality Mindset Awareness and integrate the Voice of Customers into operational improvements.

• Champion high-quality performance standards and act as a catalyst for driving organizational change.

• Leverage technology to enhance and modernize quality management, continuous improvement tools, and business processes to optimize quality, cost, and delivery.

Skills & Experience

• Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Quality Management, or a related field preferred.

• Lean Six Sigma Black Belt certification (or equivalent) is required.

• Minimum of 5 years of hands-on Lean Six Sigma experience, including planning, implementation, coaching, and mentoring.

• At least 3 years of experience in Project Management, Performance Improvement, and Business Management.

• Proven track record in developing and implementing Quality Management Systems.

• Strong interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to influence, negotiate, and drive consensus across different levels of the organization.
