Skillset Must have:

Technical Expertise in Bluecoat ProxySG and Zscaler.

• Configuration and Management: Ability to configure, manage, and troubleshoot Bluecoat ProxySG appliances and Management Console. This includes Proxy layering techniques.
• Policy Creation: Proficiency in creating and managing proxy policies, including URL filtering, proxy bypass rules and forwarding rules.
• SSL Interception: Experience with configuring and managing SSL interception and decryption.

Troubleshooting and Problem-Solving:

• Diagnostic Tools: Proficiency in using diagnostic tools to troubleshoot network and proxy issues.
• Log Analysis: Proficiency in Splunk to analyze logs and reports to identify and resolve issues and to optimize proxy rule creations.

Understanding of regulatory requirements and compliance standards related to web traffic and data protection.

Skills in project planning and execution.

Ability to communicate effectively with stakeholders and manage project expectations.

Skillset Good to have :

• Experience working with vendor support teams to resolve complex issues.
• Ability to evaluate and recommend proxy solutions based on organizational needs.
• Ability to work collaboratively with other IT teams, such as network, security, and application teams.
• Skills in training and mentoring junior engineers on proxy server management and best practices.
