Who We Are Looking For & What Role You Will Play

• Involvement in regional security consultancy projects

• Work with customers to develop Security Concept Design/ Security Protection Plan

• Conduct Physical Security Master Planning/ Security-by-Design

• Conduct Security Risk Assessment and Audits

• Prepare Threat, Vulnerabilities and Risk Assessment (TVRA) Report

• Prepare Security Protection Plan (SPP) Report

• Prepare and present periodic ad-hoc primer reports of interest

• Work and co-ordinate with other project team members such as Architects, M&E, Blast Consultants/ Contractors

• Preparation of Security Systems Technical Specification inclusive of site reconnaissance, visits and clarification meetings

• BIM/CAD preparation

• Participation in Multi-Disciplinary Engineering Tender and Preparation inclusive of Evaluation (High-Level discussion with Architect, M&E, C&S etc consultants)

• Cost Estimates & Bill of Quantity (BOQ)

• Liaison with relevant government authorities on project matter

• Project Implementation & Management

• Conduct internal and external security related training courses

• Deliver presentations to clients and groups to demonstrate Company's capabilities and value propositions

• Escalate and ensure client issues are resolves in a timely and satisfactory manner

• Assist HOD on other Security Projects

• Any other relevant assignments

What Knowledge & Experience We Require From You

• Degree, preferably in Engineering or Security Management

• Diploma with at least 5 years of relevant security industry experience in the area of security audit, risk assessment and/or project management

• Competent Person recognised by MHA will be an added advantage

• Security certifications such as Certified Protection Professional (CPP), International Crime Prevention Specialist (ICPS) or other relevant security related certifications will be an added advantage

• Certifications such as Port Facility Security Officer (PFSO), Business Continuity Certified Expert (BCCE), Project Management Professional (PMP) will be an added advantage

• Ex-Police Officer are welcome

• Remuneration package will commensurate with experience

• Flexible to work evenings and weekends when required
