- Able to cover the Security Supervisors or Officers who are on leave, off or absent in a short notice.
- Response to the emergency / incidents and accidents at sites.
- Assist in overseeing of security matters at deployment sites.
- Assist in enforcing security measures and standard operating procedures.
- Conducting security briefings and training to the security officers.
- Immediate response and cover the manpower shortfall at sites.
- Assist the Operations Executive and Manager in all operations and administrative matters.
- Responsible of monitoring and auditing day-to-day operations in relation to security awareness.
- Conduct weekly visits to various business locations, work closely to implement and activity records during site visits.
- Establish and update Standard Operating Procedures/Flowchart for various business locations.
- Prepare reports on weekly basis for any updates and improvements carried out for various sites.
- Perform other job duties as assigned
