• Gross Salary up to $3,500++ (Includes OT pay, shift allowances & bonuses)
  $2,300/month (less than 2 years' experience)
  $2,400/month (more than 2 years' experience)
  $2,660+/month (more than 5 years' experience)
• Attractive Bonuses:
  $1,500 sign-on bonus upon confirmation
  $1,500 at 1-year mark
  $2,000 at 2-year mark
• Additional Perks:
  $10/night shift allowance
  OT pay + $200 monthly OT incentive (with requirement met)

  Annual wage supplement & performance bonus (non-guaranteed)

️ Your Key Responsibilities

• Maintain a safe and secure environment for guests and team members
• Conduct security patrols and monitor for suspicious activity
• Respond professionally to incidents, emergencies, and alarm triggers
• Administer first aid when necessary (training provided)
• Handle lost and found items according to SOPs
• Escort valuable assets (cash, documents, chips, etc.) safely
• Monitor crowd control and report any safety hazards
• Manage intoxicated guests or disruptive behavior with care and professionalism
• Participate in routine and advanced training to improve skills

✅ You're a Great Fit If You Have:

• A valid PLRD Security License (mandatory)
• Experience or confidence handling guard duties and emergency situations
• Willingness to work rotating 12-hour shifts, including weekends and public holidays
• Comfort working in a smoking environment
• No heavy financial liabilities or gambling restrictions

• 2 Days Work / 2 Days Off
• ⏱ AM Shift: 7:30 AM - 8:00 PM
• ⏱ PM Shift: 7:30 PM - 8:00 AM
