Security Sales Specialist

The Security Sales Specialist is an expert in cybersecurity domain that together with the Sales account team to identify security opportunities and to promote Fujitsu Security service offering to customers. Collaborating with Client Managers and pre-sales architects to design optimal solutions and support the sales process. This role is crucial in building and maintaining strong relationships with new and existing customer, as well as developing new business channels.

- Create strategies and sales plans to target new prospects, increase market penetration, and maximize opportunities in existing accounts.
- Provide expertise to clients on Fujitsu's security offerings.
- Engage with clients to deeply understand their security needs, risks, and business objectives.
- Develop and maintain a robust sales pipeline, ensuring opportunities are moving through the sales cycle.
- Identify opportunities to upsell or cross-sell additional Fujitsu services based on evolving customer needs.
- Monitor the competitive landscape, analyse competitors' offerings, and adapt sales strategies to ensure Fujitsu's solutions remain competitive.
Job Requirements/ Qualifications: -
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
- Minimum 3 to 5 years of experience in sales, with a focus on technology or security solutions.
- A proven track record in B2B sales, preferably in IT solutions or security.
- Experience working with complex sales cycles, including prospecting, solution selling, and closing.
- Understanding of the IT infrastructure (e.g. cloud, on-premises, hybrid systems) and how security solutions integrate into these environments.
- Familiar with Security Framework and Key regulation govern cybersecurity and data protection such as PDPA, CMA and IMDA etc
- Awareness of industry-leading security solutions, both from Fujitsu and competitors (e.g., SIEM tools, endpoint protection, cloud security).
- Ability to clearly articulate the benefits of complex security solutions to a variety of stakeholders, from technical to non-technical audiences.
- Highly motivated and able to work independently, manage time efficiently, and prioritize tasks.
- Comfortable navigating a fast-paced, dynamic environment with changing customer needs and technology landscapes.
- Identify Market Trends and Opportunities: Stay informed about the latest security challenges, market trends, and emerging threats to understand where Fujitsu's solutions can best be applied.
