The role:

• Provide first-level support for daily building operations, including security, housekeeping, landscaping, pest control, carpark management, and building maintenance.
• Supervise and inspect the work of service providers to ensure quality standards are met.
• Collaborate with the Building Manager/Executives to address tenant concerns and offer recommendations during fit-out phases or when non-standard matters arise.
• Operate and respond to the fire alarm system in the Fire Command Centre (FCC), ensuring safety protocols are followed.
• Monitor security systems such as CCTV and card access, report incidents or faults promptly, and manage emergencies on-site.

What we are looking for:

• Prior experience in building operations within commercial buildings is a valuable asset.
• NITEC or higher qualification, or relevant studies; a background in security is also welcome.
• Strong team player with excellent interpersonal skills, capable of working 12-hour shifts and on standby duty.
