Responsibilities:

• Carry out preventive maintenance and corrective servicing for electronic security installations.
• Coordinate with end-users and stakeholders to address operational or technical concerns in a timely manner.
• Support team leads in organizing daily service activities, including task allocation and on-site execution.
• Handle routine client communications and ensure service standards are consistently met.
• Assist in diagnosing faults, performing repairs, and ensuring systems are restored within agreed timelines.
• Adapt service approach based on site requirements and operational needs to maintain customer satisfaction.
• Ensure all maintenance and installation works adhere to workplace safety regulations and company procedures.
• Undertake additional technical duties as assigned.

Requirements:

• NITEC or equivalent in Electrical / Electronic Engineering or related discipline.
• At least 1 year of relevant experience in servicing or maintaining electronic/security-related systems.
• Familiarity with surveillance, access control, alarm, or integrated security solutions will be advantageous.
• Basic troubleshooting skills with the ability to identify and resolve system issues.
