Responsibilities:

• Oversee daily in-house security operations to maintain a safe environment.
• Enforce security policies, procedures, and standard operating guidelines.
• Conduct regular patrols, inspections, and security risk assessments throughout the premises.
• Monitor access control systems, visitor management processes, and CCTV operations.
• Respond to and manage security incidents and safety breaches.
• Investigate incidents and prepare reports with follow-up actions.
• Coordinate with various departments on security matters and operational requirements.
• Liaise with external authorities as needed, such as police and building management.
• Ensure adherence to regulatory and workplace safety requirements.
• Train, brief, and mentor security personnel in internal procedures and standards.
• Identify security gaps and recommend improvements to enhance overall effectiveness.
• Maintain discipline and professionalism within the security team.

Requirements:

• Minimum of 5 years of experience in security operations.
• Valid Security Officer License (PLRD).
• Strong knowledge of regulations and compliance requirements.
• Excellent leadership, team management, and communication skills.
• Experience in managing security operations, preferably for Protected Places.
