• Position : Solution Design/System Manager (Electronic Security)
• Location : Office in Outram
• Working hours : 5 days work week, (Monday- Friday 8.30am -6.00pm)
• Salary (commensurate with experience) : Up to $9500 + AWS + Performance Bonus + $60 Mobile reimbursement + Birthday leave + Health insurance + Transport allowance

Main responsibilities:

• Lead solution architecture and technical design for major security tenders and bids.
• Translate complex client requirements into integrated VMS, ACS, PSIM, and network designs.
• Act as SME for electronic security; evaluate new technologies, vendors, and platforms.
• Optimize BOM and total cost of ownership in collaboration with procurement.
• Manage and mentor a team of engineers, including remote team members.
• Present solution designs to C-suite, government, and key stakeholders.
• Align solution strategy with Group Strategy Director and corporate roadmap.
• Video Surveillance: IP, VSaaS, AI analytics (edge & server).
• Access Control: Biometrics, mobile credentials, enterprise systems.
• Intrusion Detection: PIDS and integrated alarm monitoring.
• PSIM / Unified Platforms: Multi-system dashboards and integrations
• Any other duties as assigned

Requirement:

• 4+ years in electronic security; 3+ years in senior design or leadership role.
• Strong system integration and services provider experience.
• Solid IT/networking knowledge and security platforms expertise.
• CPP / PSP, CCNA or equivalent.
• Lead-level certifications (e.g. Genetec, Lenel, AMAG).
