• Perform security and fire safety duties to ensure the safety and security of the hotel, associates, hotel guests, visitors and their properties.

• Deploy at any of the following duty posts as enumerated hereafter:

a)\tSecurity Control Room

b)\tLobby and Driveway

c)\tPatrolling and Observation

d)\tHandle Casual Labour cash float

• Keep peace and order within the premises of the Hotel in dealing with criminals, trespassers or difficult characters.

• Conduct surveillance of members of public to protect the hotel guests, visitors and associates to keep the peace by: -

a)\tMonitoring any undesirable elements to ensure that they do not harass, harm or embarrass the hotel guests or associates

b)\tTake appropriate action to defuse any outbreak of violence or commotion within the Hotel premises

c)\tIntelligence gathering, of the identities and activities (modus operandi) of undesirable elements

• Surveillance of associates:

a)\tEnsure that associates abide by the House Rules

b)\tMonitor movements of associates who are classified as suspects under investigations
