Job Summary:

What you will be responsible for:

• Strategy & Risk: Develop and maintain the overall security strategy and roadmap. Lead organization-wide risk assessments, security audits, and implement mitigation plans to protect assets.
• Incident Response: Lead the security operations and incident response teams during major security incidents, investigations, and crises.
• Leadership & Team: Manage, mentor, and develop the security team. Oversee the security budget and technology procurement.
• Compliance & Policy: Ensure strict compliance with all relevant industry regulations (e.g., ISO, NIST, GDPR, HIPAA) and enforce internal security policies and standards across the company.
• Communication: Present security status, risks, and strategic recommendations to executive and non-technical stakeholders.

How you will stand out:

• 7+ years of progressive security experience, with 3+ years in a leadership role.
• Expertise in Risk Management, Security Architecture, and Incident Response.
• Familiarity with major security frameworks (NIST, ISO 27001) and compliance standards.
• Proven leadership, crisis management, and executive-level communication skills.
• Relevant certifications (e.g., CISSP, CISM) are highly desirable.
