About the Role

We are seeking a proactive and detail-oriented Project Executive to support the planning, coordination, and execution of high-impact security technology projects. These include AI-driven surveillance systems, biometric access control, and integrated electronic security deployments for government and enterprise clients. The ideal candidate will play a key role in ensuring smooth project delivery, stakeholder alignment, and compliance with regulatory standards.

Key Responsibilities

• Assist in managing end-to-end project activities including scheduling, resource coordination, and documentation
• Liaise with internal teams, vendors, and subcontractors to ensure timely execution of deliverables
• Monitor project progress, flag potential risks, and support mitigation strategies
• Prepare and maintain project documentation, reports, and compliance records
• Support client communications and ensure expectations are clearly managed throughout the project lifecycle
• Ensure all work adheres to safety standards and government tender requirements
• Participate in post-project reviews and contribute to continuous improvement initiatives

Requirements

• Diploma or Degree in Engineering, IT, Business, or a related field
• 1-3 years of experience in project coordination or executive support, preferably in security systems, electronics, or infrastructure projects
• Familiarity with surveillance technologies such as CCTV, biometric access, or AI facial recognition is a plus
• Strong organizational and multitasking abilities
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office and project tracking tools
• Knowledge of government tender processes and compliance standards is advantageous
• Detail-oriented, resourceful, and able to thrive in a fast-paced environment
