Responsibilities:

• Oversee post-sales support for Cybersecurity and Network Performance Monitoring solutions.
• Participate in large-scale local and regional project implementations.
• Deliver on-site services, including testing, deployment, and preparing technical documentation.
• Provide technical support to ensure optimal customer satisfaction.
• Troubleshoot and resolve issues by leveraging existing knowledge bases and known issue documentation.
• Be part of a 24×7 standby support rotation for maintenance calls.
• Clearly communicate technical issues and solutions to both technical and non-technical audiences.

Requirements:

• Bachelor's degree or Diploma in Cybersecurity, Computer Science, Computer Engineering, or related discipline.
• 1-2 years of relevant IT experience, preferably in network support and administration.
• Strong understanding of routing and switching technologies.
• Possess CCNA or CCSA certification.
• Ability to work independently and in a collaborative team environment.
• Self-motivated, proactive, and eager to learn emerging technologies.
• Excellent communication skills with a professional and client-focused approach.
• Strong analytical and troubleshooting skills.
• Flexible to work extended hours and participate in standby duties.
