Salary: $2250 + AWS + VB

Job Scope:

1. Support Flavourist and perform specialized and accurate compounding of flavour samples within a set time frame

2. Ensure compounded samples meet QC Department test and requirement

3. Manage sweet flavour and ingredient library

4. Support technical team in sensory activities

5. Ensure that waste materials are disposed safely

6. Maintain and track stock level of laboratory supplies such as glass bottles, raw materials etc.

7. Operate, maintain, calibrate and sterilize laboratory equipment and work areas

8. Ensure raw materials are stored at the correct temperature to ensure quality and safety

9. Perform standard laboratory tests according to prescribed procedures and recording of test results

10. Maintain and ensure a clean and safe working environment

11. Clean lab equipment, glassware and apparatus after use

12. To carry out any additional job-related duties that may be assigned from time to time

13. Implement and conform to all established environmental management system

14. Support the implemented environmental management system

15. Comply with all applicable procedures and legal and other requirements

Job Requirements:

1. Min. Nitec/ Diploma in food science/ chemical process technology
