Job description
-  To Oversee molecular diagnostics laboratory.
-  To ensure that the laboratory is compliant to relevant requirements and subscribed accreditation standards 
- To oversee day-to-day operations and ensure all test procedures are carried out in accordance to requirements and protocols.
- To oversee validation and monitoring of test procedures and protocols to achieve required precision and accuracy.
- To ensure the reception and rejection of laboratory specimens are in accordance to protocol.

Job Requirements
- Degree in Molecular Biotechnology, Biomedical Science or related discipline.
- Minimum 5 years of experience in a clinical laboratory setting.
- Good laboratory and strong analytical skills.
- Meticulous and well-organized.
