Job Description:

• Food application & development - Assist in developing food application (Processed Meat – Beef/ Pork/ Chicken/ Seafood and others) & development work, formulating recipes, conducting application trials and sensory tests.
• Lab Analysis - Conduct laboratory tests and experiments to assess product attributes, shelf-life, and stability.
• Sensory Evaluation - Conduct sensory tests to evaluate the taste, texture, and overall quality of food products.
• Continuous Improvement - Collaborate with the team to optimize existing products & processes, making recommendations for enhanced efficiency and cost-effectiveness.
• Safety Compliance – Ensure compliance and assist in maintaining and improving our safety programs.
• Documentation - Accurately record and maintain experimental data, reports, and other relevant documentation.
• Samples & Inventory – To perform sample preparation and maintain inventory in the food application lab.
• Cleanliness & Maintenance – To ensure cleanliness and carry out routine cleaning and maintenance of the food application lab.

Job Requirements:

• Diploma/ Bachelor’s in Food Science, Food Technology, or a related field
• Preferably minimum 1 year experience in Meat Processing
