Responsibilities:

Full-time involvement in study management, including conducting both routine and non-routine experiments in accordance with good laboratory practices.

Participate in various study-related activities, including planning and maintenance. Assist in the development and implementation of experimental methods and techniques in line with the evolving needs of the studies.

Produce accurate results within the required time frame, analyze data, and draw basic conclusions. Review routine data, monitor for deviations, and escalate issues as needed.

Support internal and external audits and quality/compliance inspections.

Perform qualification and validation setup for new analytical endpoints and equipment. Capable of configuring complex systems.

Manage and troubleshoot existing equipment, ensuring proper maintenance.

Ensure smooth and efficient day-to-day laboratory operations.

Handle general administrative tasks, such as tracking daily consumable supplies.

Coordinate with vendors and suppliers regarding procurement matters.

Provide backup support to the Manager in reviewing and approving test results. Assist in study planning for the department, including workflow optimization, resource allocation, and procurement.

Assist in writing technical reports updating standard operating procedures, work instructions, and compiling data.

Requirements:

Diploma/Degree in relevant science fields

1-3 years of experience is preferred

Experience with chromatography methods like HPLC and GC are preferred
