Responsibilities:

• Manages the power supply and control activities of equipment to ensure the plant operates efficiently.
• Transports raw materials and process solvents received.
• Loads production equipment and conducts activities aimed to put instruments, services and plant in the right conditions to perform in the planned condition required.
• Communicates and collaborates with the Shift Manager and Production Support to execute operations, resolve any issues, and propose potential solutions.
• Assures the regularity of the production operations (reactions, distillation, transfers etc. etc.) verifying on the control panels and control instruments (DCS, alarms, etc.) the process parameters
• Work with Warehouse to collect raw materials /process solvent from delivery areas, to the shop floor communicating also to the Shift Manager. Critical situations (quantities verification, codes, batch number, etc.)
• Transfers liquids from trucks to tanks storage and vice versa
• Ensure work progress aligns with the schedule and ensures that Short Interval Control data is recorded, contributing to the DWOR Daily Weekly Operating Report.

Requirements:

• Diploma in Chemical Process Technology / Chemical Engineering
• No experience is also welcome
