To collaborate with the sales team in customer engagement.
To lead scientific discussions, analyse customer needs, and align product offerings.
To contribute to pre-sales discussions and presentations, understanding customer needs and recommending the right solutions.
To conduct product demonstrations and technical discussions to showcase equipment capabilities.
To troubleshoot issues related to instruments, software, reagents, and experimental design.
To propose comprehensive solutions, by connecting and integrating available or customized technologies tailored to customer requirements.
To provide application and operational training post-installation and commissioning of equipment
To organize and lead user meetings, workshops, and seminars to update customers on product advancements.

Requirements:

Minimum degree in Chemsitry, Chemical Science, Chemical Engineering, Material Science, Physics or a related field
2-3 years of relevant laboratory or applications experience
