Location: Boonlay (West)
Duration: 1-year contract starting January 2025
Salary: Up to $4650 + 1 month completion bonus
Working Hours: 5 days, office hours

Key Responsibilities:
Manage and maintain electronic Trial Master Files (eTMFs).
Oversee CROs, develop eTMF guidelines, and ensure complete filing.
Document clinical studies in compliance with GCP and SOPs.
Support CPMs with vendor creation, budget, and invoice management.
Maintain clinical study tracking tools and register studies on ct.gov.
Provide logistical support for trial management.
Quality check protocols, informed consent forms, and advertisement materials.
Organize clinical meetings and manage global communications.
Prepare and maintain SOPs, work instructions, and training materials.

Job Requirements:
-Minimum Degree in Science.
-Min 1-2 years of clinical trial experience in Food/Pharma/CRO industry or academic setting.
- Good knowledge of GCP, regulations, and quality control processes.
- Proficient in Microsoft tools and teleconferencing.
