Duration: 1 year
Salary: Up to $7K (includes $250 transport allowance) 
Location: Tuas (With company transport islandwide) 
Work hours: Monday - Friday, Office Hours 
 
Job Scope: 
• Work with Process Engineers in troubleshooting al manufacturing problems and upsets. 
• Work with OSP Process Engineers to anticipate and eliminate any process chemistry related issues. 
• Work with Quality Control to develop the necessary documentation in support of any production changes or abnormal 
process operations ot assure that al products meet and regulatory quality standards. 
• Develop Process Validation Protocols. 
• Develop and implement productivity, cost and process capability improvements. 
• Identify and implement cost improvement process modifications 
• Monitor the process capability of key quality attributes and take actions ot achived good process capability. 
• Spearhead project development and monitor progress. 
• Develop novel manufacturing processes in support of the OSP, ETP, and SR operations.  
• Develop and implement of operating procedures in accordance with cGMP's and GLP's. 
• Participate in  Global Best Practices Teams as necessary. 
• Participate in Global product development teams as necessary. 
• Identify and implement new process technologies. 
• Lead Technology Transfer for bringing new processes from global technical group or other sites. 
 
Job Requirements: 
• Min. PHD in Organic Chemistry  
• Able to commit 1 year 
• Some relevant experience is required
