• Conduct independent starch analysis and other laboratory analysis
• Able to execute independently starch analysis in terms of physical and application properties
• This will include jet cooking, handsheet marking and reactivity test
• Support new Product Development and application projects
• Setting up lab apparatus
• Keying of data and conduct appropriate data processing
• Conduct basic lab testing independently
• Support any other general administrative duties/ad-hoc projects as assigned by immediate supervisor.

Requirements

• Minimum GCE A Level or Diploma in Material Science
• Strong computer skills (Microsoft Word, Excel, Power Point)
• Detailed and well organized
• Analytical, methodological and result oriented
• Good team player and strong networking skills
• Able to multitask and independent
• Company operating hours: 8.00am – 5.30pm, Monday – Thursday. 8.00am – 4.00pm, Friday
