Job Responsibilities

• Conduct independent starch analysis and other laboratory analysis
• Able to execute independently starch analysis in terms of physical and application properties
• This will include jet cooking, handsheet marking and reactivity test
• Conduct starch bench marking test with the guidance from supervisor
• Support day-to-day operations of NSPI Technical Center
• Support new Product Development and application projects

Support any other general administrative duties/ad-hoc projects as assigned by immediate supervisor.

Job Requirements

• Min GCE "A" Level
• Strong computer skills (Microsoft Word, Excel, Power Point)
• Detailed and well organized
• Analytical, methodological and result oriented
• Good team player and strong networking skills
• Able to multitask and independent
