Job Description:
1. Assist and lead product development from concept, trial to commercialization in line with overall strategic direction and objectives

2. Identify room for improvements on existing products, ingredients and processes

3. Manage and timely deliver assigned projects

4. Lead and conduct trial runs/commercial runs/trouble-shooting

5. Working closely with product leaders, project manager and specialists on planning, carrying out, and following up on trials/tests in relation to innovation and renovation of products/processes at Pilot Plant

6. Proficient knowledge on food regulations and compliance

7. Assist on planning and transformation of current documentation system into paperless system

Job Requirements: Min Degree in Food Technology or similar w min 2 yrs of relevant experience
