Job Summary
As a Staff Research Geophysicist in the GEO TP Research team, you will be reporting to the Research Manager. In this role, you will contribute to a variety of research activities in line with the business needs such as developing, testing, improving, and validating algorithms/modules/methods with predefined geophysical content.

Key Responsibilities
- Develop a program or prototype with predefined geophysical content and specifications
- Participate in the geophysical validation of prototype with the Imaging team
- Understand internal requirements by building close relationships with the Imaging team
- Prepare technical articles and carry out technical presentations for clients
- Support and participate the innovation process to deploy patent policy
- Develop knowledge by reading academic publications, attending technical presentations, workshops, conferences, and seminars
- Stay abreast of technology advancements to develop and improve research activities for Business Units andClients
Qualifications:
- Ph.D or Master in Geosciences, Physics, Mathematics, Engineering, or other analytical discipline
- Have at least 2-4 years of experience in related field
Required:
- Intermediate level professional contributor on a research project with limited supervision
- Possess master technical knowledge
