Job Description

• Develop and improve beverage products (concept → trial → launch)

• Conduct trials, troubleshoot, and ensure timely project delivery

• Work with cross-functional teams on product innovation/renovation

• Ensure compliance with food regulations

• Support transformation of documentation to paperless system

Requirement

• Min. Degree in Food Science/Tech/Engineering/Nutrition/Chemistry/Microbiology

• Min. 2–3 years’ experience in F&B (beverage R&D preferred)

• Hands-on experience in pilot plant operations is a plus

• Strong project management, teamwork & detail orientation
