📍 Location: Ubi
🕘 Working Hours: 5-day work week (Office Hours)

Key Responsibilities:

• Ensure compliance with applicable regulations (GLP, GMP, ISO, etc.) and internal policies to avoid business interruptions.

• Conduct compliance assessments and internal audits of quality systems, processes, and documentation.

• Review SOPs, protocols, batch records, and other regulated documents for technical accuracy and compliance.

• Support and help coordinate client site visits and regulatory inspections.

• Collaborate on recommendations for corrective and preventive actions (CAPAs).

• Deliver and participate in training related to regulatory and quality requirements.

• Maintain accurate audit and inspection records; support quality metrics tracking and dashboard analysis.

• Participate in subcontractor/vendor audits and equipment/facility record reviews.

• Assist with Quality Management Review (QMR) preparations and continuous process improvements.

• Respond to customer regulatory and qualification inquiries in a timely manner.
