Key Responsibilities
  • Assist the Accounts Manager with full sets of accounts and handling month-end closing activities
  • Accounts Receivable and Bank Reconciliation: Maintain accurate financial records to ensure seamless financial transactions
  • Support and ensure compliance with all finance filing requirements, audits, procedures, and forms both statutory and internally
  • Submit timely and accurate management and GST reports on a monthly basis
  • Other administrative duties assigned

Pre-requisites:
  • Preferably with related accounting/finance experience and qualifications
  • Good knowledge of MS Word and Excel
  • Attention to detail and ability to multitask
  • Approach tasks with a meticulous and accurate mindset with a sense of urgency


The position is only open to candidates who do not need a work visa.
